Chef Nico Romo has combined his culinary expertise with his beloved maternal grandmother’s recipes to create a truly unique dining experience. From the moment you walk into the restaurant, you can tell that Laura is something special. The staff is friendly and accommodating, and the food is out of this world. If you’re looking for rustic Italian cuisine with bold, simple flavors, Laura Summerville is the place for you. The lasagna is amazing, but you really can’t go wrong with anything on the menu. The flavors are perfectly balanced, making every bite an adventure.
The skill with which this menu is crafted and executed is due to the talent of Chef Nico. He is the youngest-ever US member of The French Culinary Academy and one of only 66 French Master Chefs worldwide and the only one in South Carolina!
