Exploring Summerville’s New Ashley River Park

If you drive on Bacons Bridge Road between 61 and Dorchester Road, you will find by the newest and absolutely breathtaking park right in Summerville! Located at 200 Renken Road, the newest attraction in town has something for everyone.

Whether you are a child or an adult, you will find that Ashley River Park offers a great experience each and every time. Whether you want to hike the trails, fish in the fully stocked fishing pond, play on the splash pad or playground equipment, kayak, watch your dog play in the dog park, or simply enjoy a picnic lunch (maybe with a sweet tea), Ashley River Park is for you and your family. There is also an event pavilion or two picnic shelters which are available to rent. Future plans include a possible adventure course and rock climbing wall. Open daily from dusk to dawn.

$2 per person over the ages 3 and up

Resident Annual Family Pass : $40

Non-resident Annual Family Pass: $80

Resident 60+ Annual Family Pass: $25

Non-Resident 60+ Annual Family Pass: $50
