Local Business Spotlight ~ Sweetwater 123 in Summerville
It’s December! Can you believe it? Less than one month left to 2020. Rounding out our year of Local Business Spotlights is a “newer” establishment that left for a little while and then thankfully, came back to town, better than ever! Sweetwater 123 is our final Local Business Spotlight for 2020 and I couldn’t think of a better type of category to choose from, than a restaurant. This year has not been kind for our local restaurants and those across the country. This is a little reminder of what great establishments we have in our beautiful town.
Sweetwater 123 made it’s return to Summerville back in November of 2019. Great food and atmosphere as usual, but this time a different address. Sweetwater 123 prides itself on offering the freshest ingredients and with them, creates delectable dishes. One of their most popular dishes is Lemon Garlic Barramundi, which in the summer is paired with a cucumber salad. Check out the picture below. You can practically taste how good the food is just by looking at the picture!
What if you aren’t the dinner type, but you love a delicious breakfast or lunch? Sweetwater 123 has you covered. Maybe you are craving some good old Lowcountry Shrimp and Grits? You can get that at Sweetwater 123 as well! If a different dining experience is what you are looking for, definitely head to Sweetwater 123.
In the midst of the pandemic and with all the uncertainty surrounding it, Sweetwater 123 has continued to serve customers. Although it may look a bit different than normal, they are still open for business and waiting for you to enjoy their food. The best way to keep tabs on whether anything has changed, is to visit their Facebook page. As of this writing, as you can see, they are offering various options, including delivery via GrubHub! Imagine not having to leave your home, yet you still get to enjoy the delicious meals they are preparing daily! I have not attached menus as they may change due to limits on capacity, ability to get ingredients, and any new information that may impact the restaurant.
While you are at Sweetwater 123, take a stroll around their retail shop. You might find a great Christmas gift or two for the special people in your life. The merchandise you can find are wines, puzzles, food items, and even items from your favorite SC football teams. Make sure to stop in and take a look.
