The Orange Effect takes a one hour class and enables you to burn extra calories for up to 36 hours. Not only do you get the benefits of a high intensity group training class, you get support from the personal trainers who lead the group.

Do I have to already be in shape to participate?

Absolutely not! Orangetheory Fitness training classes are for EVERYONE, from beginners to OTF veterans. The trainers are able to work with each student and tailor the program specifically to the person’s needs. That means if you are coming off an injury, they can work around that and help you reach your goals.

Each studio is also equipped with state of the art equipment, sound, lighting, and decor. They also have separate men’s and women’s restrooms and showers, as well as lockers.
