Dr. Bullwinkel is a South Carolina native who graduated with honors from the Dental School of the Medical University of South Carolina and received her Master’s in Oral Medicine while finishing her residency in Chicago. She is Board Certified and her practice has been recognized as 2018 Readers Choice from the Summerville Journal Scene and 2018 Best of Berkeley County from the Gazette and Berkeley Independent.
